The catalogue presents a list of all Business Information (BI) dashboards currently available through the University’s Tableau Server, alongside the description of their content. The dashboards are grouped thematically in the list below – you can find links to dashboards that cover high-level information about the University, benchmarking and league tables, as well as dashboards on more detailed topics within education, research and finance. To access a dashboard, simply click its name – you will be redirected to the University of Cambridge Tableau Server login page.
By default, all University and College staff are granted viewer-level access and can log in to Tableau Server using their CRSID and UIS password. Exceptions: Temporary Employment Service (TES) staff and staff from University Partner Institutions do not have automatic access but might be granted partial access provided we receive confirmation of the existing business need for such access.
Please note that most of the dashboards in this catalogue are open to all users of Tableau Server, with one exception – research activity dashboard has restricted permission for more detailed views that show information by individual grant or principle investigator (PI); access to more detailed views can be requested using Tableau Server Access Issues.
